SAMPLE 1 - New American Modernist Cuisine Restaurant

This plan was for a start-up Modern American Cuisine Restaurant to be based in East Village of Manhattan. The restaurant's chef used this plan to successfully solidify $500,000 in investment.


SAMPLE 2 - Mexican Restaurant

This plan is was for a Santa Ana-based Mexican Restaurant who's owner wanted to open a second location. Plan was used to solidify a $200,000 SBA business loan.

The following plan is for a Vancouver-based juice bar where the owner was seeking to raise $95,000 for required start-up costs to fund the staff, rent, renovation and equipment costs.


Sample 4 - Mall Fast Food Restaurant

This plan is for “Waffle Dog Express,” a start-up waffle dog fast food kiosk in Burnaby, BC. The new fast food alternative replaces the traditional corndog snack, with a delicious, mess-free way of enjoying waffles. The plan was used to obtain $125,000 in needed financing to open the new location.


Sample 5 - Mongolian Restaurant

This plan is based on a Vancouver-based specialty Mongolian restaurant for BC PNP requiring $575,000 in start-up costs. The restaurant brought its specialty fish dishes, successful in China, to the Greater Vancouver Area.


Sample 6 - FOOD TRUCK

The following is a business plan for a start-up mobile juice and food business that serves healthy, local and organic juices, smoothies and foods. Founded by restaurant owners, the plan was used for the purpose of obtaining needed funding to finance the food truck costs.


Sample 7 - Mexican Restaurant

This plan is based on a Mexican restaurant business where the client was seeking to open a second location. The plan was used to successfully landed $1 million in investor funding.


Sample 8 - Health Bar

A popular “healthy fast food” bar offering wraps, rice bowls, salads and smoothies in a “build it yourself” style concept. Owners used plan to successfully open a new chain location in Vancouver, by acquiring $225,000 in needed funding.
